Sky & Associates is a Real Estate Consultancy established in 2005 dealing in high-end properties in Gurgaon. We operate with a select mandate portfolio of listings so that we can give a truly exclusive level of Sale and Purchase service experience to our clients. Sky & Associates believes in transparency, accountability, fair dealing, professional conduct, and ethical practices for the overall good governance of the real estate brokerage environment.

About The Founder

Mr. Surender Kumar Yadav is an exceptional businessman. He is a civil engineer and has an MBA in International Business. He holds the position of Joint Secretary of the Association of Property Professionals (APP) – Delhi NCR, which is a non-profit society that streamlines and promotes the profession of real estate brokerage in Delhi and the National Capital Region. He is a national player of table tennis and holds the position of the Rewari District President and the Vice President of the Haryana Table Tennis Association.

He started his career in 1995 as a Civil Project Consultant and executed many residential, commercial, and Institutional buildings in Haryana. He was then appointed by ICICI Bank, BHW – Birla as a Valuer and Technical Agent for home loans, and was able to carry out the responsibility to the satisfaction of the bank. 

He decided to start Sky & Associates as an agency that helps people find and invest in their dream properties, as he knew the hardships people must go through to earn the money and invest in the right place.
